Need a hand?

Email us and a real person — usually a racer — writes back. We’re slower on race weekends, but we read everything.

Delete your account

In the app, open the Me tab and tap Delete account. Can’t get into the app? Email privacy@pitvault.io from the address on your account. Details and what we keep: delete your account. How we handle your data: Privacy policy.

Report a problem with a comment, a team, a listing or a message

In the app: on the comment, team, listing or message, tap ⋯ (or press and hold), then Report. Pick a reason and add a note if it helps. You can also Block the person or team from the same menu.

By email: support@pitvault.io. Tell us what you saw, where in the app, and when.

A person reviews every report. We aim to review reports within 24 hours, and anything involving a minor is handled first. If someone is in danger, call 911 first.

Common questions

I can’t sign in at the track.
The very first sign-in needs signal. After that, the app works offline. If you’re stuck, try sign-in at home or on the track’s Wi-Fi, then head back to the pits.
My changes aren’t showing on my crew’s phone.
Changes made offline sync the next time your phone has signal. Open the app with signal and give it a few seconds. If you and a crew member changed the same setup, the newest saved change wins and the app shows who updated it.
How do I export my data?
In the app, open the Me tab and tap Export my data. You’ll get a full export of your cars, setups, results and gear dates. Racer and up can also export PDF setup sheets.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open the Me tab and tap Delete account. We export your data first, then delete it after 30 days. Step-by-step and what we keep: delete your account. You can also email privacy@pitvault.io.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Subscriptions bought in the app are managed in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Annual plans bought on our website can be cancelled by emailing support.
My track or class isn’t listed.
Email us the track name, city and class, plus a link to the rules if you have one. We add tracks and class presets throughout the season.
The tech check says I’m good but tech didn’t pass me.
The tech check compares your numbers with the class limits loaded in the app. Rules change and tracks interpret them. Send us the rule and we’ll fix the preset. The tech official always decides.
My PITVUALT Link won’t connect.
Make sure the ignition is on, Bluetooth is on, and the app has Bluetooth permission. Unplug the device for 10 seconds and plug it back in. Cars without an OBD-II port won’t work.
