Why PITVUALT

Last time here, one tap

Pull in, open the app, load the setup you ran here last time — with the finish, best lap and weather that came with it.

Know before tech

Your numbers checked against the class limits you loaded: weight, left %, gear, clearance, tires, fuel. Fix it in the pits.

Your whole pit in one app

Cars, setups, the race calendar and checklist, crew RSVPs, gear dates, what a night costs, track conditions and the weather. One app instead of a notebook, a group text and a sticky note.

What’s in the trailer

Built for race day, not a desk.

Pit talk

Questions we get at the track.

Something else? Email us — a real racer answers.

Does it work with no signal?
Yes. PITVUALT is built offline-first. Your setups, tech presets and gear dates live on your phone and sync when you get signal back. You need signal the very first time you sign in.
Is my setup private?
Private by default. Nobody sees a setup unless you share it — a read-only link, a QR code or your crew. Your data is yours to export or delete any time.
Will the tech check pass me at the track?
No app can promise that. The tech check compares your numbers to the class limits you loaded so you can catch problems in the pits. Rules change and tracks interpret them. Check your class rules; the tech official decides.
Which classes does it handle?
Built bomber-first, with starter templates for Bombers, Hornets, Mini Stocks and Street Stocks. Sport Compacts, Hobby/Pure Stocks and anything else start from the closest template. Stock suspension, coil-overs, jack bolts and adjustable bars all work, and every field can be renamed, hidden or added. Track rule presets so far: Las Vegas Bullring Bomber, with Willamette Speedway Street Stock on the way.
Do I get rainout alerts?
When a track you follow posts a rainout or schedule change, it shows up in the app. Separately, the app shows severe-weather alerts from the National Weather Service for the track’s area. The NWS doesn’t call rainouts — the track does.
Is the device required?
No. The PITVUALT Link OBD plug-in is an optional $49 add-on that works with Pro or Crew (one is included with Crew). The app does everything else without it.
Do my crew have to pay?
Viewers are always free. Free, Racer and Pro each include one crew editor; Crew covers five seats.
